Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made specifically for you, we accept returns for misprints, defects, or damage in transit. If something arrives wrong, email deals@our-origem.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos—we’ll replace it fast.

Color & Sizing

Wrong Address / Undeliverable
If the address provided is incorrect, carriers may return the package. Re-shipments can be arranged once the correct address and re-ship fee are confirmed.
