What is Our Origem?
A curated studio of Afro-centric art and design—offered as posters, notebooks, stickers, and more.

How long will my order take?
Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. Delivery in the US is typically 3–7 business days after shipping; international 7–20.

Where are items produced?
We partner with reputable print providers (e.g., Printful/Printify) to make items on-demand close to you—reducing waste and shipping time.

Can I return or exchange?
We replace misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Email deals@our-origem.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. Because items are made to order, change-of-mind returns aren’t supported right now.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
We’ve got you. Send your order number and photos to deals@our-origem.com and we’ll make it right.

Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Slight differences are normal across screens and print materials, but we aim for faithful color.

Do you offer gifts or notes?
Most items ship without pricing in the box. Add a note at checkout or email us—we’ll do our best.
